Our Wheel Ceramic Coating provides up to 2 years of durable protection, designed to shield your wheels from brake dust, road grime, and harsh contaminants while making ongoing maintenance significantly easier. This coating enhances the appearance of your wheels, helping them stay cleaner for longer with a slick, protected finish.
Application & Preparation
Each set of wheels is assessed individually, and preparation is carried out based on their overall condition.
Preparation methods may vary depending on the condition of the wheels. Where wheels are already well maintained, a chemical cleaning and decontamination process is used. Where there is heavy brake dust buildup, staining, or contamination, additional preparation steps may be required to achieve the best possible result.
Performance Expectations
The coating is designed to reduce adhesion of brake dust and contaminants, making wheels easier to clean and maintain. While the coating provides a protective barrier, it does not make wheels maintenance free, and some buildup may still occur depending on driving conditions and brake type.
Additional Preparation (If Required)
This service includes standard wheel preparation only. Chemical IPA Wipe down followed by coating applied.
If your wheels have heavy contamination, baked on brake dust, or require intensive decontamination or correction prior to coating, an additional preparation surcharge may apply ($POA). This will be discussed upon inspection or during your booking with your approval.
Service Options
Face Coating Only: Wheels remain on the vehicle. The outer faces are prepared and coated.
Full Coating (Faces & Inner Barrels): Wheels are removed from the vehicle to allow full access. Inner barrels and faces are thoroughly cleaned, prepared, and coated for complete protection.
Booking Notes
Face only coating can be added to any service during booking.
For full wheel coating (faces and inner barrels), advance booking is required to allow time for safe wheel removal, preparation, and reinstallation.
Maintenance
To ensure maximum longevity and performance, regular cleaning and periodic maintenance are recommended throughout the life of the coating.
