CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Before leaving the premises, I confirm that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to inspect my vehicle, including its exterior, interior and the areas relevant to the services performed.
I acknowledge receipt of my vehicle and keys following completion of the agreed services and confirm that any concerns identified or raised by me at the time of collection have been recorded above.
I understand that I should notify One Touch Auto Detailing Limited of any concern before leaving the premises. Once the vehicle has left OTAD's premises, OTAD cannot verify or be responsible for damage, contamination, defects or other issues occurring after handover. Any concern subsequently raised will be assessed against the other records OTAD has obtained.
