This Vehicle Drop Off & Condition Report records the vehicle's condition, contents and relevant information at the time it is received by One Touch Auto Detailing Limited.
OTAD will complete the initial inspection and photographic record. The customer will then be asked to acknowledge and sign the information recorded before work commences.
